The primary benefit is that you only undergo anesthesia once and only have to navigate a single recovery period, rather than staggering two separate surgeries months apart.

Not at all. The visible scars are entirely determined by the type of breast lift your anatomy requires (such as a circle around the areola, or a vertical line down the breast). We use those exact same incisions to carefully place the implant. This means you get the benefit of the added volume without a single additional surgical scar.

This is a very smart question. Gravity affects all of us, and a very large, heavy implant can indeed stretch your newly tightened skin over time. To protect your investment and ensure your lift lasts as long as possible, we typically recommend moderate-sized implants.
